Tenax Electrical is a new kind of electrical contracting company, founded by industry veteran Dave Yencarelli to raise the standard for quality, safety, and service in the Jacksonville and North Florida region. With over two decades of experience managing complex electrical projects, Dave launched Tenax Electrical to build a company where integrity, craftsmanship, and people come first. His vision: create a culture that empowers electricians and staff to take pride in their work, invest in their growth, and deliver exceptional results on every job.

Dave’s journey began on an orange grove in Central Florida, where a summer job wiring irrigation pumps sparked a lifelong interest in electrical work. He went on to earn his electrical certification, and over the years took on leadership roles overseeing large-scale projects across Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and the Carolinas. His portfolio includes multimillion-dollar transportation centers, airport infrastructure upgrades, commercial developments, and major public works projects.

Tenax is the next evolution of that journey.
